Imagine you are the Head of State for a country and must prepare a presentation regarding the cultural significance of the country. The country is about the size and geography of Texas and it has a border with the ocean and another with a country of the same size and geography. Your presentation must include the following information:Use the Speaker Notes area of PowerPoint for your narrative textual information, with restricted use of text on the slides to focus on trigger words of topic importance.  Review PowerPoint guidelines if you are not sure of the recommended way to set up the slides.  The Smarthinking resource is also available to assist in the basics of the PowerPoint tool.Generally, the main topics or bullet points should appear on the slides with supporting visuals, while the Speaker Notes area is used to go into more depth regarding these main topics.Please use APA reference and citation format for the sources that you use to support your explanation and argument. Please provide a rationale that is a professional response and not just based upon opinion.

In Unit IV, you started to create an implementation plan. You selected a company and analyzed their strategy and mission. In Unit VI, we will continue your work with this company and develop a SWOT analysis. Remember that a SWOT analysis identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of an organization. This is an important analysis for any organization as it can be used for strategic planning. Your SWOT analysis must be a minimum of two pages in length. Once you have completed your SWOT analysis, write a minimum of one page, explaining how this information could be used by the company. Please use the template below to complete the SWOT analysis and explanation. The information you need to complete this analysis can be found in the case studies located in your textbook on pages . Outside research is not a requirement. 

In the year 2100, there was a young man named Jim who could travel through time. This young man has had serious infractions with the juvenile justice system. He has decided to travel back through time to start his life over.He has a choice of two time periods. One is during the colonial period of America, and the other is during the early 21st century. Knowing Jim’s propensity for finding trouble, what would happen to him if he committed the crime of breaking and entering with the aggravating circumstances of assault during the colonial period? What would happen to him if he committed the same crime in the 21st century? This assignment will cover the history of the juvenile justice system, juvenile courts, and corrections, as well as theories that would be related to Jim and treatment options during both periods of time.
