What can be done to make the experience of the victim better in the criminal justice system? If you were in charge what specific things would you want to see done and why? what do we do right and what can we improve upon? What are some alternative directions for the future? Go into as much detail as possible and explain why these are the most significant changes that can help. Make sure you discuss any relevant aspects of the criminal justice system (police, courts, and or/ corrections). Also include any of these issues in your discussion where important: civil rights for victims , civil suits, compensation, and restitutio, court appearance and victim impact statements.

I need someone to make a powerpoint presentation that talks about formaldehyde. I should present for 30 minutes, so the powerpoint should be 27 slides at leat. Videos can\’t be included. The presentation should explain the chemical formula, physical and chemical properties, common concerns, where can we find it, what respirators do we use to protect ourselves, training program, how to reduce exposure. In addition, you should include the permissible exposure limit by OSHA time-weighted average, short exposure limit, ceiling limit and do we do if we exceed these limits. Most importantly, you should include what should we do in terms of 1. Engineering control, 2. work practice control, 3. Administrative control, and PPE. HW 3: Working with TranslationsAs we have seen in class, translators often select different works, images and comparisons when they work on a source text. As a result, translations differ considerably from one another, often revealing biases and cultural norms of the person who is translating.For this assignment, you will be working on an ancient Greek poet named Sappho and her verse addressed to the Goddess of Love, Aphrodite. To understand the poems, you will need some background information. I have downloaded two videos on the poet Sappho for you to watch, but you will also need to find one or two more before you can complete the exercise (See Contents in BB; scroll down to the end). One additional YouTube video that I recommend is Queen of Lesbos: the Poetess Sappho which is part of the History of Sex series. However, you may prefer watching other dramatizations or recitations).Do the following:* Watch at least four short videos on the poet or her verse.* Summarize the two additional videos that you found. Airvalue Airways is a regional carrier whose strategy is to expand gradually as they can identify routes that offer an attractive return on the investment necessary to support successful coverage of the route.  As part of this expansion, the company is planning to buy a new plane in the upcoming fiscal year. The purchasing department has narrowed the choice down to two models.  One is the A220 which is manufactured in Europe.  The other plane is the G435 which is built in the United States.  The two aircraft have similar profiles.
