You are deep into the analysis phase. You have finished both the Functional Modeling (activity diagram, use case diagram, and use case description) and the Structural Modeling (class diagram and the CRC cards). Now you are ready to move into the Behavioral Modeling where you will model the behavior or the objects that make up the VACATION MOTORS system.
In this week, you will use your functional and structural models as the basis for your behavioral models that need to be developed for the VACATION MOTORS system. Specifically, your deliverables for this week are designed to develop these two behavioral diagrams for the Complete Arrangements use case.
1.Sequence diagram
2.Communication diagram
In addition, you will also need to create a state machine diagram for the Purchase Request class.
These behavioral model and diagrams are major milestones in your architectural and design work. They give you your first opportunity to verify that your use case (in this case, Create Purchase Request) could actually be implemented using the objects of your class diagram design. If you reach this verification, then you are done with the analysis phase of your VACATION MOTORS project.

STEP 2: Generate the Sequence Diagram

1.Create a sequence diagram for the Purchase Request use case using the Rational Software Architect software in the Citrix iLab environment based on your functional and structural models. You can use Visio if you would like instead.

STEP 3: Generate a Communication Diagram

1.Create a communication diagram for the Purchase Request use case using the Rational Software Architect software in the Citrix iLab environment based on your functional and structural models. You can use Visio instead if you wish.
STEP 4: Generate an Object State Diagram

1.Create a state machine diagram for an object of the Purchase Request object using the Rational Software Architect software in the Citrix iLab environment based on your functional and structural models. This model will show the changes to the purchase request object from its creation to the end of its life in the system. You can use Visio if you wish instead.

STEP 5: Upload your Word Document to your Dropbox

Copy and paste all models into One Word document with the file name YourLastName_CIS339_Week4 and upload to your Dropbox.

How Technology has made war into a Faceless war.

Television has come a long way since the days of large antennas and black and white sets. Today we have cable and satellite that gives us virtually any type of program we want at any time of the day. With this type of programming, one would wonder as to what type of influence it has on shaping the lives of America\’s youth.

Violence and suspense are a mainstay for much of the programming on TV today. Examine current shows on TV relating to crime and violence. Make a list of at least three programs that seem to stand out more than others when it comes to violence. Select one of those three and write a 1-2 page paper on how that particular program might influence youth in either a good or bad way. Remember to use APA formatting.

Instructions:
In basic terms, you are answering the problem statement. Your problem statement has most likely grown throughout this past year and you also created sub problems. To fully answer your problem statement, please consider the following step method for creating a convincing and logical conclusion.

Before we begin, think about what you anticipated the answer to the problem statement would be. Write that down and keep it handy throughout the process. In this instance, do not let your data influence your anticipated conclusion. Think back to when you developed your problem statement. This conclusion was most likely developed from your literature review. The reason we start off with this exercise is to be able to draw back into the literature for clarification and highlight areas you within that you will use within your conclusion.

1.Review each of your analysis charts. Start jotting down the specifics of each chart and analysis. Is there a connection within the groups? Point out how the majority feels within your study. In this section you being to piece together the minor details into the major details of your conclusion.
2.Look at each specific group or categorical variable, and begin to draft an overall interpretation on each group. You want to show an overview of their tendencies and what really stood out as a group.
In my study, I found that the overall views of males were. Females on the other hand had a strong tendency to.
3.Within each of those interpretations, go back to your literature review and tie in that segment that corresponds to it. Did it disagree from your research or did it agree with your research?
4.Recommendations for further study. In this section, indicate what you would do differently if you had the optimal conditions to perform your research. Where do you see the need for further study? Bring together your research and indicate additional gaps that would be interesting to explore. Are there any areas that were over research or under researched?
5. Overall conclusion. This is it! Work directly with your problem statement and go into detail on how the ENTIRE thesis answers the question. This is where your overall recommendation to the problem statement will be discussed.

Here are some final thoughts to the conclusion section:
This is an editorial section HOWEVER it must be supported by facts and data. In this section you finally are able to speculate and give your opinions, but everything must be backed up and cited.
Avoid generations that go beyond the study. Keep with in the parameter of your problem statement. Dont go beyond the scope of what your paper covered to give further recommendations.

For this discussion activity, respond to the following prompts:

Research one item that is internationally traded and outline how this product flows from one country to the next.
Are any tariffs, quotas, or restrictions on this product being traded?
Has this product ever been under an embargo? If so, why?
Is there a distinct government policy for this products trade?

Background: A local real estate company with 50 employees has decided to move 10 of those employees to an office building on the other side of town. This second location will have 2 administrative assistance and 8 real estate agents.

All agents will need a direct number and have the ability to call each other via 3-digit dialing
Select what type of trunks will be used for each location
The copy/printer/scanner/fax will be used extensively
What types of phones will you use and why?
Identify 6 phone features each agent will need
What unified communications tools will be recommended and do they apply? Are there any extra components needed to accomplish what you are trying to achieve?

Each team will develop fact sheets about the phone system or service you have chosen. Your fact sheet should list five important facts about the phone system. In your own words explain why these features about your selection are important and how they apply to the real estate firm. This should be in your own words. DO NOT CUT AND PASTE INFORMATION FROM VENDOR WEBSITES.

Grading and Submittals

Grading: Do to the amount of work associated with the project any student that does not submit the project on time will receive a zero. Protect your work; anyone caught copying will get a zero!! That goes for the person and group that allowed it to happen.

Final Written Report: The memo should be the first page of your document. This final team deliverable will be a written report that clearly defines and explains how your team came about its solution is due by the end of Week 8. These explanations should support your decisions. After reading the report the instructor should come away feeling that your team has a good understanding of what goes into choosing a phone system. This will occur if your team carefully researched the technologies associated with the project.

In this project I have elected to present to the consumer Avaya it provides solutions across multiple channels and devices for better customer experience, increased productivity and enhanced financial performance it is one of the most popular in the VoIP world and has the best system that the market has to offer. I will discussed Avaya Global market Expansion with its networking with in the Linux PBX operating software version. Avaya controlling call infrastructure engine component capability. I will show the comparison cost of the other vendors in relation to Avaya product cost. I will discussed Avaya unique reporting capabilities and also Avaya multimedia recording and genesis interactive intelligence features.
When making a good business decision it is good to compare and contrast the benefits and solutions of many different types of companies and then from there we would chose the one that has the most bank for your buck with the least amount of cost and depending on your business needs and goals. With the global use of Avaya product use it is making the compatibility use of other companies products to become more isolate , But as for all business there has to be a competition to make things fair for others. So we will go over the best points and things Avaya has to offer and determine why and how Avaya is the best business choice. I will identify why Avayas long lasting Increasing IP Office scalability and expanding its feature set so it appeals to midmarket organizations, IP Office resellers will have considerably more sales prospects that they can target. Meanwhile, partners selling Avaya Aura Communication Manager can also target the midmarket with the midsize product.
