 Preparation is key to any good research paper and presentation. Next week, you will be creating your . It is important to begin gathering your information and sources to fulfill this project successfully. For your Final Paper, you will be designing a training module (not a full training module). The title of this training module is “The Importance of Understanding Your Learners’ Needs”. Pls i am going to attach the work that needs editing and correction,the essay was meant to be 2500 words,but the previous writer wrote 3054,which the lecturer complained about ,. She wanted me to also define safeguarding ,to look into children act 1989 to also talk a bit about the role of a key worker in the early year settings.,this work is also meant to be a report and not an essay . The lecturer said the work was good but just needed some fine tuning to get a much better grade its a report and not an essay

Hello.
It is very similar to the basic finance class. I have an emergency situation at work and I have to fly to another country, I would really appreciate any help, I would be even ok to receive C for that exam.

Here are the requirements:

1. Online exam takes place Sunday, May 22 7pm-9pm EST US time (VA)

3. To be able to prepare for exam you\’ll need to review 4.5 chapters in online book. (Chapter 1-4, plus half of chapter 5)
Start reviewing chapters. I\’ll get back to you this evening with more details and preparation questions for exam. Just running for a flight now.
The exam will not have 8 pages to write, I will be just some short answers, true/false questions, and couple last questions with calculations from chapter 4 and 5.

Hi,

I\’ve received feedback on the lit review that I sent to My mentor. Most of it was alright. I\’ve attached a screenshot of his feedback on the first paragraph alone.

Now that the lit review is done, We need to focus on an Introduction, an Analysis and a few Recommendations.

1. The Introduction needs to be around 1000 words. You will introduce your topic (Workplace bullying) and the concepts/lens (emotional intelligence and leadership) on a general level to your reader, in a way that the reader would want to read further and look into your findings. The way you introduce is vital and plays a major part in the grading.
2. The Analysis needs to be around 2000 words. Here, you will analyze a case study, apply the knowledge gained from your academic reading and research (mainly from your lit review) and draw conclusions about how to professionally respond to that situation. The lit review we\’ve collated till now is attached. For the case study, you can use the one attached or choose a suitable case study by yourself.
3. The Recommendations can be around 500-1000 words, and will be derived from your lit review and analysis. You can offer around 3 recommendations.

Once these are done, we will later work on a Conclusion and an Executive Summary. Please make sure your writings are in sync with the existing literature review. Avoid repetition of points and try to create a good flow for the reader.
