This first assignment should be a minimum of two (2) substantive content pages, exclusive of title page and references. You are welcome to provide a brief background on your selected offender\’s case however the majority of your paper should address and argue for a positivist theoretical approach to explain the offender\’s criminal behavior.

A good way to approach this assignment would be to place yourself in the role of the defense. How could you attempt to rationalize (or mitigate) the offender\’s criminal behavior?

This assignment is due no later than Sunday, April 23rd, 2017 at 11:59pm (PST). Please submit your assignment in a Word document prepared in accordance with APA formatting guidelines.
