Paper Review:
Provide a short review of one of the technical papers that were required for the pre-reading. Your submission should be 3-5 double-spaced pages. The paper should first review the concepts presented in the paper, and then extend those concepts to your practice of systems engineering. I recommend you use the first three parts of the Kolb model for reflective learning.
The concrete experience is the act of reading the paper, the reflective observation is a summarization of what the author said in your words. In the abstract conceptualization step, you explain how you might apply what you learned from the article whether it is applied to work, home, family, etc. We will not do the last step, but for completeness I will tell you that is where you actually try what you proposed in the abstract conceptualization, and explain what happened.

Message from instructor following my draft submission (his annotated version is attached):
You\’ve done a lot of research but the analysis and recommendations are missing a lot of depth and detail. You also need to engage a proof reader or editor to help with your writing. At times it felt as if you were not a native speaker because of awkward sentence structure and syntax – please stick with simple, direct constructions (a common problem for Capstone students). You\’ll also note multiple places where I wrote \”word salad\”. This means that you were using too many words, words that don\’t add meaning or have incorrect meaning in context, or you\’ve created a sentence that is \”fluff\” and is either repetitive or doesn\’t add value.
