The teacher is EXTREMELY strict so since he has written one of my papers and revised it hopefully he will understand what he is looking for. I have attached examples also of the two papers that the teacher advised on.

Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is for you to more thoroughly understand the role of 12-step groups in recovery from an addictive disorder. You are expect*d to develop a minimum 10 full-page paper (the cover and the reference pages do not count), following the APA format as appropriate. The paper can be longer. Again, the paper is to be focused on the role of 12-step programs in addiction recovery. Please do not include an abstract or an introduction; they are not necessary for this paper. Please do not use a running head or page title for each page; just simply number the pages.
It is expected that you refer to your class notes (lectures, power point, course documents and DVDs as appropriate throughout your paper. Use sub-headings to clearly identify the four components of the paper which are
1. Conduct research related to the history, evolution, process, effectiveness and criticism of the following four 12-step groups: 1) Alcoholics Anonymous (AA); 2) Al-Anon; 3) Narcotics Anonymous (NA) and 4) Gamblers Anonymous (GA). Consult with a librarian to locate appropriate scholarly journals, books and other materials. Use at least eight (8) references. While you may include \’popular press\” sources such as internet information sites, newspaper or magazine articles, you are also expected to include information data and from discussion.at least four (4) not professional include the journals or books, that include research-based (empirical) data and discussion.
Identify at least one example of a political situation not tied to the government. We are using Introduction to Political Science 13th edition.
Assume you are the Sales and Marketing Director for Sea Treasures, a small group of well-known retail stores specializing in exotic sea life and high-end accessories for aquariums. The company has been in business for over 50 years, but the customer base is shrinking, sales are slow, and you are faced with reducing staff and closing stores. Sea Treasures will be out of business within a year if innovative and creative changes are not made quickly. After many months, you have finally been able to convince the owner that the only way to sustain the business and increase revenue is to create an Internet Website to sell the large inventory of aquarium decorator items (currently gathering dust in a costly warehouse) . This will be a short-term, small scale change. Six months later, you will expand the Website to sell live sea creatures such as tropical fish and small sea turtles online, which is a long-term, large-scale change.
You face many challenges in this transformational change initiative, beginning with strong employee resistance, new technology, and shipping methods. Many small businesses have been faced with these same issues, and have made the transition successfully. Consider the humble beginnings of Amazon, and look where they are today. Selecting the best change model for this business, and implementing it step by step provides the foundation for creating an exciting new company.

This paper is developing a policy as it relates to nurses and other staffs providing care to mentally ill patients in the emergency room and throughout the hospital units. Mainly it is revising a policy for quality of care due to nurses and staff having lack of experience when providing care and safety for the patients, nurses and other staff providing care. I would like for the paper to discuss events that have taken place such as psychiatric patients committing suicide while in hospital care and nurses, physicians and other staff members who lost their lives to mentally ill patients. In each paragraph it must be a topic type in APA format centered and then discuss that topic in the paragraph. I will download a sample of the paper and the Rubic rules. The sample paper is about patients on insulin drips. Please follow this format. I need a rough draft before completion.
