Garnering all of the information about constitutional rights and the justice process you have received from this course and your understanding of the personalities of the U.S. Supreme Court, prepare a six to eight page paper (not including the APA title and references pages) in which you detail the history of the Supreme Court from 1953 to the present day as it relates to one of the specific issues listed below. Evaluate the terms of the Warren Court (1953-1969), the Burger Court (1969-1986), the Rehnquist Court (1986-2005), and the current Roberts Court (2005-present) to your chosen issue, listed below. Examine the political philosophies of each court, and indicate significant changes in the law concerning your chosen issue that was witnessed through each courts era. Then, examine the current makeup of the U.S. Supreme Court and modern trends in constitutional law and criminal procedure. Based on current trends, discuss whether or not you believe the criminal justice process will fundamentally change or remain the same in the foreseeable future for your chosen issue: Capital Punishment and Cruel and Unusual Punishment

Your paper will focus on the court process, judicial process, and constitutional issues for one of the following issues: Capital Punishment Cruel and Unusual Punishment

Open the PPT and read through it once before starting to answer the questions. Along with the PPT file is an Excel spreadsheetView in a new window that you will be working on and handing in. Open that up and note the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet. The directions on what to do will refer to these tabs and inputting formulas on specific tabs. Do not put all columns and formulas on the first tab. Go through the PPT with your spreadsheet open and read the directions carefully as to how to complete the assignment.

What to hand in:

There are 2 sets of questions to answer. There are 4 questions within the PPT (found on slides 4-6) and there are also \”End-of-Module\” questions found at the end of the PPT and also on the last tab on the spreadsheet. In this case Module refers to the Point Reyes exercise/module and not CANVAS course modules.

Using specific examples from your chosen film, write an initial post of at least 200 words which should

Identify three actors from your film and classify each according to the acting category listed in your text.
Explain your reasons for classifying the actors as you do. Use specific references to the film and pay special attention to how these decisions impacted characterization. Also, consider the impact of any realistic or stylized portrayals within the film.
Focus on one of the actors youve discussed. Based on other films the actor has been in, would this actor always be placed in the same category? If so, what does this say about the category or actor? If not, what can you infer about the flexibility of these categories? Provide evidence (references from other films, including film clips and stills) to support your argument.
You must use at least two outside sources, in any combination of embedded video clips, still photos, or scholarly sources.

Homework 1: Case: China in Africa

In chapter 2, Read the Opening Case: China in Africa and answer the following questions:

Describe Chinas strategy in Africa.
If you were the head of a Chinese business that was operating in Sudan, how would you address issues of business ethics and doing business with a repressive regime?
If you were a foreign businessperson working for a global oil company that was eager to get favorable government approval to invest in a local oil refinery in an African country, how would you handle any demands for paybacks (i.e., bribes)?

Please answer these questions to the fullest I will be uploading a PowerPoint of chapter 2. Please use reliable sources if you use anything other than the PowerPoint. When answering the questions you can put yourself in my shoes since a lot of the questions are opinion- although they should be backed up by sources that tell why that would be the right thing to do. BEHS 220 students are required to submit a final project which is worth one quarter of the final course grade. This project should reflect the students highest level of work. The Personal Action Plan for Diversity Consciousness requires students to reflect on what they have learned about diversity understanding, awareness and skills through a practical exercise which culminates in a final 5 to 7 page paper promoting diversity at the individual, community, and even global level. Length: Your report will be 5-7 double spaced pages in length, not including the title page or reference page

First of all ,I would like to say that the topic should be discussed and I would appreciate if the writer will try to think the possible topic , so tomorrow afternoon we can discuss it together.
To provide you with the idea of which way I want to see the dissertation to be done , I would like to say that it should look like I took some company as an example, to analyze how the management of the company solved the problem.

Secondly, I would like to require the work be done by conducting both PRIMARY ( interview with the management and the customers) and SECONDARY ( literature review) research.

I have an option to take the relative to me Russian company and interview the manager of this company . But if you suggest the case of a UK company that also meets my requirements.

MARKETING AND STRATEGY
In the previous two modules you looked at the cultural and financial situation of your reference country. Now will be looking at the legal and political environment of your country and how these factors impact doing business.
As part of your research, keep in mind that several organizations publish various rankings and indices of political and legal factors in the major countries in the world. One example of rankings is the World Banks Worldwide Governance Indicators page (http://info.worldbank.org/governance/wgi/index.aspx#home). This webpage includes rankings on factors relating the legal and political system such as rule of law, regulatory quality, and political stability. Rankings are given from 0 to 100 on each of these aspects.
The World Bank also does some rankings of the ease of doing business in countries across the world. Their doingbusiness.org has detailed reports on most countries on different aspects of doing business. While they look at many different factors, some of these relate to the legal system such as ease of enforcing contracts or getting a business license. It is worth looking up your country on this webpage to get an idea of how friendly your countrys legal system is to doing business. In addition to the Doing Business report, Transparency International does an annual report on corruption around the world and their rankings can be found at transparency.org.
But dont just look at quantitative rankings of your country, do additional research to get an overall picture of the legal and political system beyond just a numerical score. Once you are finished doing your research on this country of your choice, write a two to three page paper covering the following issues:
1.The type of government and level of political stability in your country, and whether or not the political system is conducive to doing business
2.The legal/regulatory system in this country and whether or not it is conducive to doing business
3.The level of corruption in your country, and the impact of corruption on doing business in this country
