In Module/Week 8, you will write a 1,500-word (57 pages) paper that addresses 1 of the plays from the Drama Unit. A minimum of 6 citations, including the primary source and at least 5 secondary, scholarly sources, is required for this assignment. Before you begin writing the paper, carefully read the guidelines for developing your paper topic that are given below. Review the Research Paper Grading Rubric to see how your submission will be graded. Gather all of your information, plan the direction of your paper, organize your ideas by developing a 1-page thesis statement and outline, draft your paper, and compile sources used. Format the thesis/outline, the draft, and works cited/references/bibliography using current MLA, APA, or Turabian style (whichever corresponds to your degree program). You are required to submit your thesis, outline, rough draft, and works cited/references/bibliography by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Monday of Module/Week 7 for instructor feedback.

The Research Paper is due by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Friday of Module/Week 8 and must include a title page, thesis statement, and outline, followed by the research paper, and your correctly documented sources page.

Below are the choices we have to choose to write about:

1.Write an essay explaining how Sophocles Oedipus exemplifies or refutes Aristotles definition of a tragic hero. Review Chapter 34 in your textbook (Chapter 36 in the eText) for the background and overview of Aristotles concept of tragedy/the tragic hero and drama. This chapter also contains critical information on Sophocles and the play Oedipus. You may use any of the critical material as a secondary source, but remember to cite it correctly. A video performance and an animated lesson on the play Oedipus are available in MyLiteratureLab Multimedia for you to watch.

2.Discuss William Shakespeares Othello, the Moor of Venice as a tragedy. As defined by Aristotle, is it correct to label Othello a tragic hero and to classify the play as an Aristotelian tragedy? Review Chapter 35 of your textbook (Chapter 37 in the eText) for the background and overview of Shakespeares Othello, the Moor of Venice, and drama. This chapter also contains critical information on Shakespeare and the play Othello, the Moor of Venice. You may use any of these critical materials as a secondary source, but remember to cite it correctly. Also, read the overview of Aristotles concept of tragedy/the tragic hero on pages 904907 (pages 857859 in the eText) as well as the sample Student Essay on Othello (pages 11121115 of the eText and page 1024 to view the Student Essay). A video performance and an animated lesson on the play are also available in MyLiteratureLab Multimedia for you to watch.

Read the Case: . Use the Argosy University online library and the internet for additional research. Imagine you are an HR consultant called in to advise the leadership at SAP. Prepare a 10-slide PowerPoint presentation (not including title and reference slides) to present your responses to the information below. Use the notes section in PowerPoint to clarify your points. Include a title slide and a reference slide in addition to the main slides. Use at least one chart or graph and at least one other visual aid within your presentation. Utilize at least three outside resources to compose your response. Your presentation should be professional and correctly address your target audience.  Use at least three resources in addition to your textbook to justify your responses. Apply current APA standards for writing style to your work.

Research suggests a number of strategies to reduce intergroup conflict. To further explore these strategies, in addition to readings in your text, read the following article (attached) paying particular attention to pages 588 to 593. Hewstone, M., Rubin, M., & Willis, H. (2002).  , 575-604. You are a counselor in a detention center for delinquent adolescent boys. Your current project is to devise a way to reduce intergroup conflict that has been escalating between the boys at the center, many of whom were active in local gangs.    Answer the above points in a 3-page paper. Your paper should be double-spaced, typed in 12-point Times New Roman font with normal one-inch margins, written in APA style, and free of typographical and grammatical errors. It should include a title page with a running head, an abstract, and a reference page.  PART 2: Create a 4-slide PowerPoint presentation (not including title and reference slides) to present to the board of directors for the detention center .

You will choose one of the following interactive field trips to go on. For many of the websites that have interactive, flash-based materials, an alternative site has often been recommended. Gather the facts about your site visit and then use a critical lens to think about how what you have learned is important/has influenced the US today. Use journalist questions to help you. Compare and contrast the Greek form of happiness with the classical Greek philosophy of happiness known as Why is the pursuit for happiness so important to humans?  Do any of these forms of happiness parallel current psychological theory pertaining to the acquisition of, the need for, or the drive of happiness?  How so?

RATIONALE: Alphabet Books represent an interesting blend of educational content and often elaborate illustration, typical of picture books. However, each often has at least two underlying goals: to educate and to entertain children (young and old). But, how do authors do that? What makes a great Alphabet Book? That\’s what you will have to grapple with as you create your own Alphabet Book. Remember to keep the content, illustrations, and audience in mind. Have a great time.

The theme must be approved before you begin
This is to ensure that only one person is working on a particular theme

a foreign language alphabet (well, you can practice your French or Spanish!)

an ethnic group or culture
environmental issues
a holiday alphabet
a ghostly alphabet
a mystery alphabet
comic book or classical children\’s fairy tale characters
a non-sense book (make up new words)

Use an appropriate method to create the book
You are not expected to produce a book that looks like it was professionally printed.
All methods are available to you: artistic (like drawing, etc.), collage, cut and paste (either from print sources or from the Internet)
The book must be completed by the due date (see the online schedule)
Along with the book, you must present the answers to the following:
i. An introduction that describes your choice of topic (what you chose and why)
ii. An explanation of the choices you made in illustrating the book
1. What were you trying to accomplish with the illustrations.
2. How the process of creating the illustrations worked out for you (easy, difficult, etc.)
7. Submit a print version for me to grade.

You may have to scan graphics into your book or use the free graphics available on the web. If you take graphics from a \”non-free\” site, please include a caption citing the source.

Consider how you want the web page to work. Do you want one long text? Separate pages that link to each other? Plan a functional page.

 Part III of a comprehensive plan to implement an the use of Electronic Medical Records in a hospital. Part III of your organizational change plan focuses on strategies for evaluating the proposed change.  a 1,500-word plan with the following:Format using APA guidelines.  at least 4 peer-reviewed articles to support your conclusions and format references in APA format.  Include a 1 paragraph to close your points. 

Assignment Type: Individual project plan in report format i cant find this one in type of work.
Title: Devise a project management plan for the Christmas Market scenario (see Resit folder) which must include academic justification for actions taken within the plan.
Plan Criteria:
