Develop something/tool that nurses on the pediatrics unit can use with the adolescents to enhance adherence/compliance with diabetes management

Side note: I am recently at a Pediatrics Unit and I had a patient who is 18 years old (adolescent). She has an extensive family history of diabetes, and her mother is on dyalisis due to being noncomplliance with diabetes. Her daughter is going through the same path as her mother due to noncompliance. Her daughter has re-visited the hospital many times due to noncompliance increasing hospital costs, decreasing reimbursements, and endangering patient safety.
I want to integrate this case in this paper.
I have attached part of the syllabus stating exactly what professor is asking and teh major points to focus on.
For the poster, I have a attached one example from past capstone projects, its to give you an idea on how to develop the paper which is how I am going to create the poster.

-Teenagers/adolescents
-Nurses Managing noncompliant adolescents who have diabetes
-Implementing something to enhance compliance in these patients for the safety of them (Something could be (evidence-based): a teaching tool, a teach back method before discharge, implementing a unified approach, etc)
-Evidence based recommendations for the pediatric unit on how to solve this issue

-Is there a certain evidence based technique/approach that works better with the adolescents
-Develop something/tool that nurses on the pediatrics unit can use with the adolescents to enhance adherence/compliance with diabetes management
Example: Implementing a teaching tool for nurses to use in the unit for adolescents who are non compliant with diabetes management (diet, medications, insulin injections, counting carbohydrates, etc..)

Impact of the Civil War

In History in the Making, Chapter 16, you learned about the political, economic, and social impact the Civil War had on the American people. However, your textbook only provides an overview of how the war affected different segments of the population. Therefore, your task for this activity is to conduct historical research in order to better understand the impact of the war on blacks, women, or soldiers.
