She has an extensive family history of diabetes, and her mother is on dyalisis due to being noncomplliance with diabetes. Her daughter is going through the same path as her mother due to noncompliance. Her daughter has re-visited the hospital many times due to noncompliance increasing hospital costs, decreasing reimbursements, and endangering patient safety.
I want to integrate this case in this paper.
