Ethical Contract and Agreements

It\’s time to delve into contract law, at least momentarily. Contracts are integrated into our everyday life whether we realize it or not. If you make a purchase at a store, you are creating a contract for the purchase of said items in return for cash, check or credit. While this may not be a traditional type of contract consisting of a written document that all parties sign, this is nevertheless a contract.Much the same, we deal with contracts on a day-to-day basis in the business world. But, can everything be contracted? Or are there certain contracts that are void or voidable (hint, hint)?Write a 2-3 page paper using proper APA formatting. Within this paper you are asked to analyze the types on contracts that are void and voidable as well as why they are forbidden in the business world. Below are some ideas to help get you started:

Managerial Finance Discussion Question

Using the annual report from the company that you have selected for your Final Project , discuss the risks the company faces and the actions they take to mitigate those risks. Refer to the Management Discussion and Analysis section of the annual report for this information. As part of your response consider whether you think the risk mitigation techniques are reasonable.  Discuss what others concerns or advice you would offer if you had the opportunity.Include in your post a calculation for the probability of one of the risks identified by your company.  This information may not be available in the annual report, therefore you will likely need to conduct research and critical thinking to complete this calculation.) Develop a 200 – 300 word explanation supporting your position.

report of the power point McDonaldisation

Project description
A self-evaluation in written report form (about 300 words) which includes:

a) A brief statement of what you contributed individually to the presentation.

b) A short evaluation of how you worked together as a team. Here, you may refer to some of the concepts covered in week 4 of the course.

c) An evaluation of your presentation skills.

-Which skills do you need to develop? Do not read from nots
-How will you develop these skills? Practice more than I do

The second part of the assignment must be completed individually, submitted by hard copy and by Turnitin.

How Cells Obtain Energy

II. Application and Study Questions: Complete AND submit the answers to these questions by the assigned date. These application and study questions will be the source of exam questions. ALL ANSWERS MUST BE IN YOUR OWN WORDS in order to earn this grade.
1.Explain in your own words the difference between kinetic and potential energy
2.Explain the energetic dynamics of chemical bonds. In other words, explain whether energy is USED UP or RELEASED when chemical bonds break and form.
3.What is an enzyme? How does an enzyme help a cell do its work?
4.What is the first law of thermodynamics? Be able to describe an example illustrating the law.
5.What is the second law of thermodynamics? Be able to describe an example illustrating the law.

8.Explain HOW ATP functions as a source of energy in the body.
9.What is the chemical equation that describes cellular respiration?
10.Sketch a mitochondrion and label its parts
11.Be able to do \”energy accounting\” for each stage of cellular respiration. Account for all NADH, FADH2, and ATP molecules produced.
Stage:
ATP
NADH
FADH2
Glycolysis

Citric Acid Cycle

Oxidative Phosphorylation

Totals:

12.Compare and contrast the 3 stages of cellular respiration in terms of their purpose and the place where they occur.
13.Clearly explain the importance of OXYGEN in cellular respiration.
14.Where does the water come from that is produced in cellular respiration?

Plan Comparison

In this assignment, you will go back to the readings in “Effective Diversity Planning” and choose one of the companies listed under the heading: “What should diversity plans include?” You will compare that company’s diversity plan to the 10 common components of a diversity plan.In a 2-3 page paper, give a general overview of the plan you chose for this assignment. Consider each of the 10 components and describe how the company has included this component. Be specific in your findings. If you do not see evidence of a component, consider how you believe the company might include the component. In addition, provide ideas you have about how this plan can be improved in order to increase its effectiveness. Many examples of diversity plans can be found on the Internet for different organizations, here are a few examples: ,  and . Other organizations may not provide its full plan in detail, but you can get evidence of what is included and prioritized by viewing the company website. View the diversity related information at  and  to get an idea of how a diversity plan looks when in place. You will find that some companies target specific areas, such as a  in addition to workforce diversity plans.Although the various diversity plans may vary in their approach and priority, each has some similarities in the components used. Use this activity to understand the 10 common components of a diversity plan.

Ethics Project – presentation

This week, your assignment is going to be pieced together. You have created a business, identified trending issues, identified possible other ethical issues and done your best to get all of your employees on board. All that is left is the presentation itself. For your submission this week you are asked to put together a PowerPoint presentation for your employees with accompanying/corresponding presenter notes for your reader. The PowerPoint slide presentation itself will include what is ethically expected of your employees on a day to day basis, all identified trending issues from Module 02, and all identified possible issues from Module 03 and guidance on what actions employees should be taking in these ethical dilemmas.Given the fact that you are not presenting this PowerPoint and because a PowerPoint cannot present itself, you are asked to include accompanying \”reader/presenter\” notes in the notes section below each slide. These are the key notes that describe, explain and teach what the slide is trying to convey. Please note that a PowerPoint is not generally wordy and paragraphs should not be included on a slide. The slide itself is used as a visual for the audience and the notes section, which would be read by the presenter, is where the substance comes in.Keep in mind it is HR\’s job to expose all dilemmas that may plague their company or employees and adequately educate all employees so these concerns are not encountered in the workplace.Your PowerPoint must be creative and a minimum of 10 slides not including the introduction or the reference slide.

Any topic (writer\’s choice)

Project description
You may use websites for document sharing like google docs or drop-box.This question is only intended for the written part. There is no preparation questions for the oral part. For both the written and the oral part you have to read Chapters 1, 2, 3, 11, 12, 13 and 17 of The General Theory. The best way to prepare for the oral part is to participate actively in the elaboration of your final project and read the chapters. Find the most current data about the following key macroeconomic variables:
Employment
GDP
Other information that you consider pertinent
Use this information in order to describe the right economic policy in order to create employment from two points of view: 1) The Classics (which includes Mankiw) and 2) Keynes General Theory. Clearly explain the differences between both theoretical approaches. Clearly explain with graphs which kind of trends would you expect in all these economic variables as a result of the economic policies proposed. You must use graphs and equations in your explanations.
