safety is a major thing in the aviation industry pose a significant challenge in the achievement of our vision. having a safe culture could outstrip our ability to train staff and redeploy resources. GCAA staff will need to be fully engaged in learning about developments in these areas in order to effectively exercise their regulatory role and produce recommendations that continue to raise the bar on safety.
