Reflection Paper:

First, complete the What Does the Research Tell Us About Teacher Leadership\” article. After completing the article, write a reflection essay answering the following question, \”How can we improve and maintain teacher leadership?\” The article lists six main areas where schools can improve teacher leadership. Using your cooperating or workplace setting as the school for your reflection, please share how you can address each of the six areas.
