What to include on each module in your essay:

How a Member Decides to Vote: In this module you need to report your experiences as you participated in the activity. Be specific. Describe the different viewpoints presented regarding the issue of the \”flag amendment\” that is presented in the module and report what you thought about those viewpoints. Be specific. For example your paper should report Who said What and Why regarding the issues. Your paper should also contain several sentences of analysis regarding each Who said What and Why presented in the module. How did you vote? Why? What viewpoints influenced you? Why? What did you learn? Did the activity cause you to become more concerned about the viewpoints of others? Do you have any comments about the process?
Public Criticisms of Congress: Describe the different Criticisms of Congress presented during the activity. Analyze each criticism and report your viewpoint regarding the criticism. Again, be specific. Each viewpoint presented must be reported, along with your viewpoint regarding the criticism.
The Dynamic Legislative Process: Compare the textbook version of how a bill becomes a law to the Dynamic Legislative Process presented in the module.How a Member Votes: In this module you need to report your experiences as your participated in the activity. Be specific. How did you vote? What arguments were presented? What did you learn? Do you have any comments about the process.

In 2009, Jason Theus Cunningham walked into a Las Vegas branch of Bank of America, put a semiautomatic pistol to a teller\’s head, and demanded money. He was apprehended by officers who found the loaded weapon and $2700 from the robbery in his car. Cunningham was sentenced to 10 years in prison and 5 years of supervised release for his crime.

In 2013, the U.S. Department of Justice sued Bank of America for allegedly lying to investors, making false statements, and failing to perform due diligence in regard to risky mortgages, resulting in an estimated $100 million in losses to investors. The alleged behavior was described by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman as a key cause of the housing collapse that crashed [the United States] economy. The civil action allows the government to issue fines in an effort to recoup the loss of any wrongdoing.

How would a critical criminologist view these two cases and their outcomes?

Research online a deviant act or crime that use to have negative sanctions but overtime has become acceptable by society. For example, the use of marijuana is still illegal according to the federal government but many states have decriminalized the use.
