Choose two personal goals and two professional goals related to developing a healthy mind. Describe the goals and brainstorm ideas for achieving the goals. Incorporate some real life examples and ways you can work on achieving these goals. Also, include what ifscenarios.
For example, what if you try listening more attentively to your co-worker from the example above, but your mind keeps wandering and you still interrupt her in mid sentence. What can you do to reach this goal?
What would your next plan of action be if your original plan fails?
Create what if scenarios for each of the goals you created. Keep in mind that you should focus on areas that you may be lacking, not on other peoples actions or behaviors you can only change yourself, and you cannot change others even though we may really want to.

For the Unit 8 Assignment you will compose a 500 word essay based on your political ideology.
By now, you have gained some insight regarding political ideologies and how they are applied to American government. Now, you will turn your attention to yourself by determining your own political philosophy. Many Americans claim that they belong to a certain party, or follow a certain ideology, without ever taking the time to figure out if that assessment is really accurate. For this Assignment, you will want to explain the origins of the political ideology with which you are aligned. You will then consider how this ideology impacts you, and discuss its prospects for future political success. When you consider the origins of the ideology you chose, you will want to explain when, how, and why you identify with this particular ideology.
Within a 500 Word essay please include:
An introduction.
Were you surprised by the political ideology to which you belong? Why or why not?
What are the origins of that political ideology?
What are your ideologys prospects for future political success? Do you anticipate that the percentage of adults/ registered voters aligned with the same political ideology as you are likely to increase or decrease in the near future?
How might this ideological group impact political parties and elections?
Support your answer(s) with information obtained from the text and at least two academic sources.
This essay needs to be proposing a solution to a problem. This essay needs 8 sources while some will be provided. There needs to be five quotes and five paraphrases but can have more. So the problem I would like you to write about is how companies cut costs in all the wrong places as in retail or restaurant environments. For example some restaurants will cut cost by buying cheaper product but the quality isn\’t there or in retail when cutting budget hours and expecting the same amount of work. Present the problem and propose a solution whatever it may be. Provide a variety of examples and make them easy to understand. I also need an Annotated Bibliography of the sources that you use.
