Define planning as the concept applies to the case study. Using the content presented in Chapter 5, analyze the planning process DuPont used to address contractor safety. Did the process DuPont used follow the rational decision-making process? If so, was it effective? If not, were DuPont\’s alternate methods and processes effective? Why or why not?
If a company uses a planning process to achieve a goal, are the methods used to achieve the goal irrelevant? In other words, if you get the results you need, is how you got there unimportant? Why or why not?
