Each team will develop fact sheets about the phone system or service you have chosen. Your fact sheet should list five important facts about the phone system. In your own words explain why these features about your selection are important and how they apply to the real estate firm. This should be in your own words. DO NOT CUT AND PASTE INFORMATION FROM VENDOR WEBSITES.

Grading and Submittals

Grading: Do to the amount of work associated with the project any student that does not submit the project on time will receive a zero. Protect your work; anyone caught copying will get a zero!! That goes for the person and group that allowed it to happen.

Final Written Report: The memo should be the first page of your document. This final team deliverable will be a written report that clearly defines and explains how your team came about its solution is due by the end of Week 8. These explanations should support your decisions. After reading the report the instructor should come away feeling that your team has a good understanding of what goes into choosing a phone system. This will occur if your team carefully researched the technologies associated with the project.

In this project I have elected to present to the consumer Avaya it provides solutions across multiple channels and devices for better customer experience, increased productivity and enhanced financial performance it is one of the most popular in the VoIP world and has the best system that the market has to offer. I will discussed Avaya Global market Expansion with its networking with in the Linux PBX operating software version. Avaya controlling call infrastructure engine component capability. I will show the comparison cost of the other vendors in relation to Avaya product cost. I will discussed Avaya unique reporting capabilities and also Avaya multimedia recording and genesis interactive intelligence features.
When making a good business decision it is good to compare and contrast the benefits and solutions of many different types of companies and then from there we would chose the one that has the most bank for your buck with the least amount of cost and depending on your business needs and goals. With the global use of Avaya product use it is making the compatibility use of other companies products to become more isolate , But as for all business there has to be a competition to make things fair for others. So we will go over the best points and things Avaya has to offer and determine why and how Avaya is the best business choice. I will identify why Avayas long lasting Increasing IP Office scalability and expanding its feature set so it appeals to midmarket organizations, IP Office resellers will have considerably more sales prospects that they can target. Meanwhile, partners selling Avaya Aura Communication Manager can also target the midmarket with the midsize product.
