Regarding the part b, the tutor said if you have chosen tax then you need to compare the way tax is accounted for by the two companies, using the theories and frameworks you have discussed in Part a.

Also, the references you cited in this paper were very limited. Did not meet the requirements of 30 Journal papers. The most serious issue is that the references you cited in this paper were the same with the other order you are doing!!! You have to redone the paper within 24 hours.
