Capital Improvement Plan
Using the information provided in Question 1 on page 337 of your Mikesell text, create a capital improvement plan (CIP) for the years 20X0 to 20X4 and a capital budget for 20X0. After creating your CIP, answer the following in the discussion area:
What projects did you list as your top priorities in the first budget year and why did you choose those projects?
What projects did you delay to later years and why did you decide to delay those projects?

Trader Joe\’s case

Analysis the case. Do some calculations and answer some possible questions. This will help me to prepare my final exam. I don\’t know the questions now, so just find some possible questions and give brief answers. You don\’t need to cite anything.

Profitability:
Gross Profit Margin
Net Profit Margin

Management Effectiveness:
Return on Assets
Return on Equity

Liquidity:
Current Ratio
Quick Ratio

Activity:
Inventory Turnover

Depending on the financial information provided in a case, you may also be able to compare companies using the common size method.

I uploaded the syllabus. You can see the other cases and the questions that I did before in this term. The trader joe\”s case questions will probably very similar to the last couple cases.

Some readings and writes

There are 4 groups of readings and i need 2 pages of paper for one group of reading(zip file). and i need another 1 page of reading the article(not zipped)
