Discuss things or people that you do not like, and ways you might drop your judgment and Move Toward Love instead

Here is an instruction:

An advanced life success skill discussed by Dave Ellis (author of becoming a Master Student) is Move Toward Love. Ellis suggests that we should respond to things we don\’t like in our surrounding environment with love, rather than hate. In this way, he believes, we can shift our daily experiences from frustration to greater joy and celebration. Studies suggest that such an approach tends to strengthen our immune system as well, and reduce heart disease, leading to overall better health.

Discuss with your partner one or two things or people that you do not like, and ways you might drop your judgment and Move Toward Love instead.
