A Manual for new Employees

The main task is to develop a Manual for new employees when they start work at the company called Michaeler & Partner in the department of Hotel consultancy.

I will also upload you a short version of that a feasibility study is, so you have a better overview. (Doc called: Feasibility Study Example) But a proper feasibility study we would do with Powerpoint.

This requirement will be fulfilled by writing a 5 -6 page typed paper designing an effective and responsible research project which addresses a human development issue that is related to your life experience.

The design of your research project will include the following elements:

a) INTRODUCTION Develop a research question you hope to answer. Describe why this question interests you and how it is connected to your life experience personally and/or professionally. Include in your introduction what you want to learn about your question and why this question is important enough to warrant investigation.

b) METHODOLOGY – This section you will decide the best method of collecting relevant data that addresses your research question. In this section, you will describe exactly what you plan to do in order to collect your data. This will include an explanation of why chose this methodology and how it will address your research question.

CRITICAL ASSESSMENT OF RESEARCH DESIGN In this section, you will reflect upon the limitations and any problematic issues connected with your research design. Some issues addressed may be ethical concerns for the participants as well as ways that it may be difficult for you to collect objective data.
