This topic is fine, but I suggest you tighten it a bit. For example, is the problem you are going to address, a problem in the United States? Who are the victims – businesses? individuals? You say that the consequences of the problem is that \”businesses will continue to lose billions of dollars a year.,\” so I assume you will be coming up with a solution for businesses.
