You are the coordinator of the new Wellness Initiative at Acme Widget. One goal of the initiative is to teach employees some basic principles of psychology so they will better understand whataccording to sciencecontributes to peoples feelings of stress, happiness and fulfillment. Create a section for the employee handbook on recognizing and dealing with stress. Your work should:
be written in your own words (without using jargon), well organized and clearly labeled
define stress and summarize your bodys reaction to stressincluding changes to the nervous system, hormones and heart
explain the following terms in your own words: optimism, self-efficacy and hardiness
explain why it is important to manage stress
describe some strategies for managing and responding to stress

The other is part of a lecture by Sonja Lyubomirsky, a professor at University of California, Riverside, who claims that being kind to others can increase peoples happiness. You may want to take notes as you watch the videos. Be sure to explore each speaker\’s website to better evaluate their work and methods.
