This is a live musical performance review about GUITAR.
I will send you 5 videos and some pictures of the performance. The Guitar is which sit next to the piano.
A. Date, time, duration and location of performance. (The James Joyce Bar. Mar.4th Friday night)
B. Names of performers and instrumentation; be specific
C. What music was played: titles of songs/ compositions
Style of the music be specific and define genre ( characteristics of particular genre)
D. How (in what manner of role) did the guitar function? (Be specific).
Typically the guitar will be an accompaniment role or a melodic role.
Describe the techniques used by the guitarist; compare to those studied in class.
E. Your opinion: High point/ low point of performance
Overall impression of the performance
Audience reactions to the performance
How did the order of songs/ compositions affect the performance?
F. Background information as relevant to above (Beware of unnecessarily dwelling on non-musical aspects)
