HERES TWO DIDFERENT PARAGRAGHS THATS NEES TO HAVE A RESPONSE WITH REFRENCES. Just like youve done before.#1Texas’ unique history has a great deal of impact on today’s state constitution. The first major event that affected the constitution is quite obvious: ‘ break from . The book describes this break as a “constitutional crisis” (802). The declaration of independence contained several ideas that are still important to  today, such as the duty of the government to “Protect the lives, liberty and property of the people.” The constitution of 1836 closely resembled the constitution of the U.S. It included a bicameral legislature and an elected chief with considerable powers. The National Reconstruction Act also ended up having a huge influence on the current Texas constitution. Under the NRA, congress was granted power to appoint state governors. They appointed Edmund Davis the governor of Texas.  Because of the fact that the constitution had centralized power in the executive branch, Davis had a great amount of power. He used his power to create a “corrupt, extravagant administration that eventually turned to the state police and the Once Davis left office, a new constitution was drafted- and it was heavily influenced by the distrust caused by Davis. The constitution of 1876 called for a “strong popular control of government” and the ability to “seriously limit the power of state government’ (809). Another thing that is unique about ‘ constitution, is that it differs from the U.S constitution in several ways. One obvious difference is the length and . While the U.S.  has only been amended 27 times, has 7 articles and is flexible, the Texas constitution has been amended 474 times, has 16 articles and is described as “lengthy, confusing and highly restrictive” (811) (Video lecture). There are also some differences in clauses. The U.S constitution contains the supremacy clause, which basically states that laws of the United States are superior to the state laws. In cases of differences the US law will be acknowledged over state laws. The US constitution also contains the necessary and proper clause, which allows congress “the power necessary to accomplish it’s constitutional tasks” so, basically it grants congress power that is not explicitly stated in Article 1. The  constitution does not grant this type of flexibility. #2

1. An Individual Reflective Report

Project description
Hi Writer I sent you some useful documents that relevant to this paper. Please read all paper i sent you before you start writing. Thanks

Assignment Four An Individual Reflective Report
An individual reflective report of 1,500 words (+/- 10%), in which you are to undertake a critical self-reflection of the role you took in the management of the event which your team planned, organised and delivered. You should integrate appropriate theory to facilitate your reflection and examine your learning from the process. It should be a fully referenced academic report. Deadline: Work should be submitted via Turnitin on or before Friday 6th May 2016 at 1.00 p.m. (13:00)
Reflection is concerned with looking at our experiences and trying to draw some meaning from these that we can use now and in the future. One of the unique aspects of reflection is that, as one revisits old experiences, one can find new learning and new meanings there.

You should avoid description of the planning process and event itself as this has been previously covered in the Group Portfolio. The focus of this assignment is on your learning from pre, during and post event experiences. It is a two part assignment:
In Part One (around 800 words) you should reflect on one of the planning aspects of your event that you were involved in and explore whether the theories learnt in your studies prior to undertaking your live event matched the practice experienced on your event. Some areas you could consider are:
Feasibility planning
Venue Selection (including contracts)
Team Work (including team roles)
Communication
Budgeting and Finance
Any other event planning areas (not marketing which is included in a separate module)

In Part Two (around 700 words): consider using a reflective model as a framework to discuss what you have learnt about yourself and your skills as a result of having undertaken a live event and what recommendations you might have for your own future practice and skills development. Any personality tests or action plans should be included in appendices.
Assessment Criteria
The report will be word processed with a complete absence of grammatical and typographical errors, spelling mistakes and sexist language and be 1500 (+/-10%) words in length. If the work is over the word limit, the tutor will mark the full report then penalise by deducting 10 percentage points from the final mark awarded down to a minimum of 40%. Any text included in tables within the main report will count towards the word count.

Submission information – To be submitted electronically via Blackboard (Turnitin) on or before Friday 6th May at 1:00 p.m. (13:00)
Blackboard records the time of your submission. If your assignment is not submitted in time, it will be marked as a late submission.

Final Essay

Project description
Final Essay

As a crime scene investigator, you respond to a homicide scene at a convenience store/gas station at 3 a.m. Upon arrival, the first officer at the scene informs you that there was an additional employee present during the incident as well as a mother and her 15-year-old son who witnessed the crime. You also find a deceased victim with an apparent gunshot wound in the chest.

You are solely responsible for the latent print work and related tasks. For example, you are not to interview anyone. You are not the case detective.

Note the following:
1. The scene has already been secured prior to your arrival.
2. All crime scene integrity precautions and procedures are already in place.
3. Your crime scene photographer has taken all necessary on-scene photographs for you.
4. All sketches and measurements have already been taken.

Other visible items:
1. Paper “Quick Pick” Lottery Ticket on counter with a blood-like impression on it
2. A blue steel .38 caliber revolver with reddish-brown spots and two hair-like fibers on it on the floor by the ice cream cooler
3. A ripped open cardboard carton on the floor in front of the counter
4. A crude map and directions to the store drawn/written in pencil on a piece of notebook paper on the floor
5. A typical cardboard six pack container of cold beer (bottles) on the floor near the beer cooler
6. One spent bullet embedded in the wall behind the counter
7. Spilled cigar box of $20 bills on the floor next to the deceased
8. Fresh-looking cigarette butt only half smoked outside the store in a parking space near the entry to the store

Your Tasks

1) Address the following for each of the eight listed items:

Explain what fixed, non-moveable items you would process for latent impressions. What process(es) will you use at the scene?
Which of the eight item(s), if any, would not be processed for latent impressions? Why?
Where are these items going to be processed?
Explain the processing protocols that you would for each item.

2) What steps would you take to determine if any of the people present at the scene may have been involved in the homicide or are merely witnesses?

3) How would you package the evidence that pertains to the fingerprint analysis?

4) Assume down the line that someone has been charged with the offense. An expert witness is called at trial. Discuss the qualifications, training, and experience that one must have to be an expert witness in a court case.

ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS USING APA FORMAT INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED FOR EACH QUESTIONS. 750 WORDS NOT INCLUDING REFERENCES. NO Plagiarism.
QUESTIONS 1-3 SHOULD BE 200 WORDS A PIECE
AND QUESTION 4 SHOULD 150 WORDS.

1.In a narrative format, discuss the key facts and critical issues presented in the case.

2.Considering the challenges, she is facing, what should Anita’s plan be for the strategic planning retreat? How would you reformulate the Art Center’s mission? Does the Center need a new strategy? Why or why not?

3.How do some organizations predict the short and long-term future? Explain in detail how a downturn in the economy affects not-for-profit organizations, as opposed to for-profit ones.

4.Identify and explain the factors that demonstrate the Walton Art Center’s utilization of the business-level differentiation strategy. What changes could be enacted that would alter the Center’s strategy to one of low-cost? Would this be advisable? Why?

Please read this guidance carefully; there are some hints that might save you unnecessary frustration in your UNIT 2 work.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ANSWERING EACH QUESTION:

1.Narrative Format: Continue to perfect your narrative format in the case summary. Remember, you are only supposed to use the narrative format in answering the first question, i.e., the Case Summary question.

2.Case Analysis Question #1: Make sure you answer all the parts of this question fully. In the first part, discuss what Anita should include in the agenda for the retreat. In the second part, please make sure you propose a new, reformulated mission. Dont just say you will leave the mission as it is. In the third part, please ensure that you address all three levels of strategy. State clearly why (or why not) a change is needed at any of the levels. Hint: Mission is only mentioned briefly in this weeks reading. You may want to read section 4-1 in the textbook for a fuller understanding of mission. Section 4-1 is in Chapter 4 which is assigned for Unit 3.

3.Case Analysis Question #2: The first question requires you to discuss how organizations predict the short and long-term future. With advanced critical thinking skills, you can use the material in Chapter 2 and some extra research to craft a good response. I will, however, suggest a different approach. May I suggest that you read section 3-5 in the textbook, which is just one page of the assigned reading for Unit 3. This will provide you a shortcut that eliminates some of the extra research. Similarly, in the second part of the question, look at section 3-2b in the textbook, and add a little research of your own.

4.Application The application question is very straightforward. Remember to answer all parts of the question fully. In the second part of the question, remember that low cost is not the same thing as low price.

What is the Doctrine of Double Effect? Is it defensible?

Project description
Essay question: What is the Doctrine of Double Effect? Is it defensible?

Analysis+ description in essay

Introduction
Ethics in International Relations (How it is important in todays world) + Use of War
Narrow focused, as this is NOT a high school essay, it should be more analytical/ critical
Essay should include:
1.Introduction stating, what is DDE( Doctor Double Effect) ? Look genealogy of DDE/ what it is doing. If it is morally just? + Unintended consequences. What is your target? Distinction.

2.Example of Drones, that kill civilians, but DDE is still defensible. Any other examples that are suitable. Also, we can see the example of Hiroshima.

3. Links with Just War theory. Engage with the moral claims developed by Walzer of the history of violence, conflict and war within the international system. Can we distinguish between legitimate and illegitimate targets in war?
Can biological, chemical and nuclear weapons ever be justified? If so, under what conditions? Are governments contracting out war?
Should we condemn or condone the use of drones?
What is casualty aversion? Are drones an attempt to remove risk from military strategy? Are drones the continuation of warfare by a technical means?

4. DDE is just a political tool- this is really good argument
