Please proofread the whole paper as some phrases are confusing (Understanding the motivational elements, whether intrinsic or intrinsic…).

vroom_s_research.2.doc(62,50 KiB)
Can I please as you to revise the paper because in order to meet the master level i would like to talk about how employee motivation can improve/affect their performance. Not evaluating ways they can be motivated. And can I please ask you to make sure that the objectives and deliverable fall under the ‘SMART’ criteria, as in they must be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-based.

Hello, can I please over emphasize the importance that this proposal need to sound like something that I’m gnat research in the future. Collect data and analyze. can I please add to the objectives that after explaining the concept of motivation and how the intrinsic ad extrinsic factors interact, I will be collecting data from staff and employees and later analyzing these data to find out whether there is a significant relationship between employee motivation and organizational performance. This data collection will be through questionnaires and surveys. Please check the below attachment of a similar study that was done on the Nigerian telecommunication industry, this is not where i intended to focus but the study gives a picture of where I am looking. And can i over emphasize that the deadline is very soon, i need to submit this proposal in the 2nd of May. Thank you.

This essay is my mid term research paper, it is supposed to be about an injustice and I chose the the fact that the meat and dairy industry are super detrimental to the world and humankind, yet they make so much money and get tax breaks at the consumer and the worlds expense.
I have added a small essay I wrote on a similar subject earlier this semester.

Hey, just a few things. The in-text citations need quotes around them, I can’t tell what is quoted and what is written. The sections don’t need titles and extra spaces, they just made the paper shorter. I saw a few mistakes with word choice and word tenses. I’ll submit a detailed revision later, but these little corrections will make it easier for me to read. Thank you!

A Problem Solving Proposal

You will be assigned to work in a group of 1-2 or 2-3 classmates. Then, you will begin to investigate possible timely information technology policy and strategy interests, situations, or needs to suggest to the group   look for areas that need improvement and can be solved with outstanding leadership and innovation.   Only then, begin to discuss possible solutions to the problem. Discuss the extent, origins, and possible causes of the problem, consider alternative solutions, and select the solution that seems most practical and that meets these criteria: If the group cannot achieve consensus on a solution, go back and select another problem.Assign someone to take or record this discussion; it will grow into the proposal’s “Background” and “Statement of Need” sections. The “Questions for Problem-Solving Proposals” suggest what information will be needed. You may need to cover other areas not listed. To gather data, you will probably use some or all of the following:   Then the group needs to find the reason. If the reason is convincing, assign him/her another, equal task. If all else fails, see the instructor. If the instructor intervention fails, the student will probably not complete the course.  Contact the instructor immediately. Adjustment will be made. 7.  After each group member has had time to read all members’ work and make written comments on the content, verify that all needed questions have been answered so that everyone understands what everyone else has written.  As a group, begin to arrange the material in the order suitable for a proposal. Decide what illustrations are needed and who will beresponsible for each. Meet for the first and second revisions of sections of the body. Provide copies of revisions for each group member.   Assign individuals to prepare the paper’s abstract, table of contents, and table of illustrations, title page, any needed appendix (es) and reference list.     The following elements should be demonstrated in this assignment:  Definition of a Problem: A situation, issue, policy, or practice this is difficult and perplexing but can be improved or solved. What is a current situation, policy, practice that you see as a problem? How do you know the current situation, practice, or policy is not beneficial ? Can it be improved, changed, eliminated? How do you know?  Who/what does the problem hurt? In what way? When? For how long? With what results?   When did the problem start?  What are some of the causes of the problem?  Has anyone before tried to solve this problem here or elsewhere? When? How? With what effect?  What is your proposed solution? Why did you choose it over alternative solutions? If your solution is accepted, what benefits will be gained. By whom? How soon?   What steps need to be taken to start putting your proposed solution into effect? What people need to be involved in planning the implementation of the solution? What steps need to be taken to implement your solution? What materials/equipment will be needed to accomplish each step? What facilities (space, utilities) will be needed at each step? How will they be used? For how long? What people will need to be involved at each step of the implementation? What will they need to know and do? For how long?  How much will it cost for the people needed? How do you arrive at the total? How much will it cost for the materials/equipment? I need paper written

You are a Human Resources Manager of an expanding technology company consisting of 170 employees that develops and distributes small electronic devices. Over the past two (2) years, a research group formed, designed, and built prototypes of small remote surveillance cameras used for security. Recently, your company won a contract to build and provide these remote surveillance cameras to various government agencies. The contract will begin with your company supplying these cameras to agencies within your home state. If all orders are fulfilled sufficiently, the contract will be expanded to supplying agencies outside of your home state. For the immediate future, you will need to secure a larger facility and hire more staff to sustain the first part of the contract. This staff will consist of ten (10) Assembly Technicians, one (1) Certified Quality Control Engineer, one (1) Contract Administrator, and one (1) Office Support Paraprofessional. Meanwhile, there is a contract clause requiring that you provide a staffing plan in order to ensure future product deliveries and sustain the possible future growth.    You are a former certified education administrator who departed your former position to become the owner of a small, in-home day care consisting of you and a part-time assistant where you care for children from age three (3) to age ten (10). Over the course of time, your demographic population has increased due to significant business growth that has resulted in many families relocating to your area. With more businesses projected to move to the area and the building of new housing developments, it is projected that this growth could be long term. You have decided that this is a good opportunity to expand your day care business as you have received many inquiries for childcare. In order to comply with your home state regulations, you will require a larger facility and will need to hire additional staff in order to sustain the larger demand for day care. This staff will consist of five (5) Certified Day Care Professionals, one (1) Registered Nurse Professional, five (5) After-School Assistants and one (1) Office Support Paraprofessional. You have secured approval for a bank loan and qualify for future loans for future expansion if your current endeavor is successful. Meanwhile, the state in which you operate has requested that you provide a staffing plan before it will issue licensure for your expanded capacity. You may create and / or make all necessary assumptions needed for the completion of these assignments.Select one (1) of the scenarios and write a four to five (4-5) page paper in which you:  Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:The specific course learning outcomes associated with this assignment are:

False confessions

Project description
Imagine that you are a psychologist who conducts research in the area of investigative forensic psychology and that you have been asked to write a reports for practitioners working in the Criminal Justice System (police, lawyers, judges, magistrates)
This report should include 1. A clear title; 2. A brief introduction including a statement what you are going to cover (200 words max); 3. A succinct review of relevant research and practice that identifies both problems and good practice; 4. Potential actions for improving future practice.

Added on 30.04.2016 17:19
The first 2 files I send you are an example of what you have to do (A practitioner report). The other files are sources that may be useful to you. The most important is the title, I am thinking of something like: Evaluating the reasons behind false confessions. However if you think something better I am ok if you change it. But what I stated in the title is exactly what you have to do. This report should include 1. A clear title; 2. A brief introduction including a statement what you are going to cover (200 words max); 3. A succinct review of relevant research and practice that identifies both problems and good practice; 4. Potential actions for improving future practice. You may find it helpful to use headings and some bullet points and unlike in an essay this is acceptable practice. However, please do not use columns or boxes (which the examples I provide do use). You need to reference following APA guidelines.
this 2 sources are very good and quite important if you can please use it, if you can\”t please try to use this author, he is an expert on the topic.

Asian American Film and Television Analysis(Media)

Project description
Asian American Film/Television Analysis
It should be double-spaced, 12pt. font, Times New Roman, and 1 inch margins all around.

In this ten to 9 page paper, you will analyze a Asian American film/video, a set of films/videos, a television show, or a set of television shows, drawing on course materials and selected film/television criticism relating to the media text(s) you have chosen. You must use details from the media text (dialogue, formal analysis) to support your argument about what the text means. Be sure to emphasize how your approach allows us to see more and different aspects of the text than other critics allow. Key to your essay should be articulating a novel interpretation of how Asians and Asian Americans are represented in the media.

In order to write this paper, you will need to know a lot about the text(s) you choose to examine. Additionally, you will need to have access to the media materials you plan to analyze.

you could study a film one of the critics we read in class. You could also study a text completely outside of the class. Another possibility would be to follow an Asian American actor through a television show and do an analysis of the transformation of her/his representation. Important to the essay is careful research. Very likely this will entail finding popular cultural materials about your text, finding academic critics who also have examined your text, and/or using film/media criticism and theory generally as a touchstone for your ideas

Your paper might be organized like this:
1. Thesis- what you intend to prove
2. Description of research available on the topic argument (thorough, objective, but to the point). Make sure to include information that helps to prove your thesis, but do not stack the deck. Try to be objective, even while you attempt to develop a strong argument
3. Your studied examination and analysis of the text. Again, the idea here is to give specific details from the text. Do not give every detail, only the ones that are relevant to the point you are making
4. Explanation of how your analysis differs from other critics and how you think your criticism improves our understanding of the text.
5. Summary and conclusion.

########## Please make sure that as the instruction mentioned above, you can get a sources from outside of the class but make sure that at least the text of three readings have to be contained in. ##### Important: If I get a this paper grader higher than 85 percents, I will pay you extra tips for sure
Thank you so much for helping me Writer 🙂

Grade Check list
Media text(s) related to Asian Americans
Draws on course readings (includes more than 3 readings)
Draws on film/television criticism relating to the media text(s) you have chosen (e.g., academic journal articles, books, magazine articles, popular cultural materials, etc.; includes more than 3 sources)
Uses ample evidence and/or examples to support the argument
