The most important is the title, I am thinking of something like: Evaluation and recommendations regarding expert testimony in the courtroom. However if you think something better I am ok if you change it. But what I stated in the title is exactly what you have to do. This report should include 1. A clear title; 2. A brief introduction including a statement what you are going to cover (200 words max); 3. A succinct review of relevant research and practice that identifies both problems and good practice; 4. Potential actions for improving future practice. You may find it helpful to use headings and some bullet points and unlike in an essay this is acceptable practice. However, please do not use columns or boxes (which the examples I provide do use). You need to reference following APA guidelines.
