Project description
Background

Angiosperms (flowering plants) are the largest Phylum in the plant kingdom Plantae. (Note that the Phylum Angiospermophyta may also be called Anthophyta or Magnoliophyta in different classification systems.)

These plants have true roots, stems, leaves, and flowers. The roots grow into the soil to anchor the plant in place and take up water and nutrients. The leaves are above ground and act as the main organs for photosynthesis. Stems provide above ground support for the plant and operate as conduits to move nutrients and water throughout the plant. Flowers contain the male and female reproductive organs of the plant.

Assignment Details

Part 1

Plants develop specialized roots, stems, leaves, and flowers to make them better adapted to their environment. People exploit many of these modifications as vegetables. An example of this is the taproot of carrots. The carrot plant stores sugars in the taproot to supply energy for the formation of flowers in later development. People dig up and eat the taproots while the sugar content is still high. Complete the following:

Describe the anatomy (structure) and physiology (function) of a plant. Is the structure of your plant a modification from the standard root, stem, leaf, or flower?
Explain how this structure differs from the standard root, stem, leaf, or flower.
Compare the plant that you have chosen, its structure, and its function with 1 or more of your classmates choices.
Part 2

Animals are important for humans in ways other than providing food. Medicines, clothing, beauty, fuel, air quality, building materials, and industrial products are a few of the ways in which humans exploit animals. Complete the following:

Choose 1 product or benefit that people get from animals (besides food), describe it, and explain how people benefit.
Which do you think is the most important benefit of animals? Select 1 benefit and explain.
List 3 adaptations that animals have that plants do not have.
Provide references in APA format. This includes a reference list and in-text citations for references used throughout the assignment.

topic area is the lone wolf. In the context of Civil Security, must develop your typology in relation to community resilience and its relationship to both domestic and international terrorism. Your charge is to strengthen resilience at all level

Project description
Your topic area is the lone wolf. In the context of Civil Security you must develop your typology in relation to community resilience and its relationship to both domestic and international terrorism. Your charge is to strengthen resilience at all levels of the community, to include but not necessarily be limited to the individual, household, organization and government. One immediate question to consider is whether the lone wolf really is an individual who acts solely on his/her own or has connection to some ideology. You will need to specifically assess threats and vulnerabilities; develop plans and procedures; demonstrate the necessity of timely and accurate information; and implement your plan. Your position should be rooted in the inclusion of realistic threats. Be sure to introduce your variables as you would in a dissertation. Involve individuals, the community and business as well as first responders such as the police, fire, emergency services and health care professionals.
You must use the Research Design format to ensure all critical elements are included, especially the appropriate focused problem/purpose statements, definitions, review of the literature and methods. It is clear there is no perfect system and there will always be elements of dysfunction; therefore you will focus directly on Chapters 1 and 2 of the Research Design.

The 100 points will be divided as follows:
Provided rigorous support in the response in terms of research and academic literature (50 points)
Answers the question being asked (25 points)
Incorporates creativity or steps outside the box (15 points)
Adds clarity and uses proper academic writing/ APA style (10 points)
You are required to achieve a passing score of 75/100

Writer must have PHD, perfect in APA style, responsive, read instructions and requirements very carefully to follow directions, think outside the box and creative. References must be peered reviewed. Must achieve minimum 85/100 on the paper to pass. I am looking for top writer
I will give all possible imput to assist in the paper

Resilience is a buzzword often used to convey a person or entitys ability to weather a storm, and to recover from some traumatic or conflicting event. The vagueness of how the word is used is a problem in a scholarly sense. Without a clear understanding of how resilience is contextual (defined by the context in which you are addressing it) and the impact of various independent and dependent variables, it is difficult to justify applying the necessary resources. The decision-making process must be based on analytical rather than emotional factors.

It is your responsibility to develop a strategic plan addressing a contextual typology of resilience. Drawing on scholarly research in national security, social theory, and political science, produce a framework for how resilience can be studied and analyzed representative of real world implications/solutions. This concept should be practical in contributing to addressing, if not solving social problems such as natural disasters, terrorism, crime, etc.

Computer Criminal

Project description
This a two-part paper:
Part I
You must make this person up from scratch; do not outline a real person or case. You will invent a cybercriminal, and identify the following information:
1. Name and background (education, family, etc.) 2. Where the criminal lives 3. Where the criminal works
Now, create a fact pattern (narrative) explaining in detail this persons crime or crimes. (Fact pattern is a term used in many areas, especially law. In law, the term fact pattern simply means the true and accurate description of what happened in a crime, or alternatively, events leading to a lawsuit.)
Include the following:
1. How do they do what they do (equipment, funding, etc.)? 2. Under what psychological theories and profiles do they fall? 3. Are they a member of any specific criminal organization? 4. What is their classification, and how are they identified as such (hacker, script kiddie, etc.)?
Next, develop a fact pattern where this person commits their ultimate crime. Walk us through the steps of the crime: how is it carried out, upon whom is it carried out, and what is the ultimate goal of the criminal? Use as much detail as possible. Do they use a virus? Are they infiltrating a company they work for? How? What kinds of systems do they use? What kind of systems do they infiltrate?
This part of the paper should be at least two pages in length. APA format is required for all citations and references.

Part II
Take the criminal you invented in Part I, and complete the following tasks:
You are a law enforcement officer that has arrived on the scene, been assigned to track down, whatever the case may be, the computer criminal you created in Part I.
Summarize your answers to the following questions:
1. What is your first step? Why? 2. What agency do you work for? Why are you the correct person/agency to catch this criminal? Explain your jurisdictional authority. 3. What law or laws are applicable to this criminal and these crimes? Why? 4. How are you going to work with other agencies? 5. Locate and identify the evidence. 6. What search and seizure procedure did you follow? 7. Provide a chain of custody, tracking the evidence. 8. How do you authenticate the evidence for trial? 9. Do you catch the criminal? 10. How is he or she prosecuted? What court hears evidence, and why? What rules of evidence are used? 11. Was this project an effective exercise? Why, or why not?
This part of the paper should be at least two pages in length. APA format is required for all citations and references.

Hitchcock’s influence on modern suspense film directors

Project description
proposal: The paper will explore Alfred Hitchcocks influence on modern suspense film directors such as David Fincher. There is great influence by Hitchcock in Finchers film plots, actress selections and camera techniques. The film team from Gone Girl will be remaking Hitchcocks classic Strangers on a Train. Although the film is not yet finished, there are great aspects of influence in Finchers films and resemblance in imagery and plots. The film gone girl as an example takes great influence from Psycho and Rear Window. Fincher’s interest in film was kindled when, as a child, he was taken by his father to see a re-release of Hitchcocks Rear Window.

Requirements: The first paragraph should introduce the film (or films) giving the title, underlined or in italics, release date, director, and stars. This should be followed by a brief (3-5 sentences) plot summary. If possible, you should also include a thesis statement that tells me what you plan to argue or focus on in your paper. The main body of the paper should be devoted to analysis. This can be the themes within the film, visual style or any other important element. Be as specific as possible, supporting your assertions with examples from the work such as scenes, actions, dialogue, etc. You can also refer to any of the works already screened in class for additional support. If you are using two films, do not compare and contrast; rather develop a theme(s) and use the two films as evidence.
Please remember this is a research paper. You should include the required quotations and resources from books or articles. The internet is fine, but websites do not qualify as a resource unless you have spoken to me first. Academic articles from a data base are also acceptable. You can use footnotes or end notes and any system of notation, but be consistent. And dont forget to include a bibliography. If you arent sure about how to do
this, check one of our textbooks. The better the research, the better the paper. All footnotes and bibliographies should use one notation system. You are free to use the MLA style or the University of Chicago style. If you don’t know how to footnote or create a bibliography, look in your textbook.
The paper should have a concluding paragraph summarizing what you learned from this assignment. You may be presenting this to the class at the end of the semester, so do a thorough job. You might also want to note for yourself any particular scenes that you might later show to the class. Papers need to have a bibliography and at least 5 quotations from the sources in the bibliography.

Could provide some reading materials if you want 🙂

Module 05 Course Project – Descriptive Statistics

For this assignment you will be analyzing data about the hospital you selected for your Course Project. The choice of data-topic is up to you; this way you can be certain that data is available. This will also give you some freedom to select an area that fits with your degree program, career aspirations, or personal interests. For example, students focusing on Healthcare Administration might want to focus on topics related to finance, operations or quality; whereas, Health Information Management students might focus on topics related to clinical outcomes, reimbursements, or specific diseases. Personal options might be if you have a special condition or are planning to have a baby and want to perform your statistical analysis focusing on those areas of the hospital as it relates to local and national data. (If you have questions or need ideas, please email your instructor.)Once you have located your data, analyze it and produce: Present these elements in a 1-2 page paper with properly cited APA references (not including your data and chart/graph information). Be sure to include adequate explanation of the statistics used and their importance as related to the topic.Descriptive statistics such as means, standard deviations, frequencies, ranges, percentiles, etc. can be used. Your textbook is a great resource for ideas on statistics you can analyze. You will most likely need to use some statistical analysis software to help make your calculations. You probably have Excel installed on your computer already and can find YouTube videos for ‘Descriptive Statistics in Excel’. If you have another software package that you are comfortable using for your job or are feeling adventurous to learn something new, feel free to select different software to help with your analysis.Compare your hospital with other local and national facilities of comparable size and service options (benchmarking). Some healthcare data resources that might help you can be found in the list below. If you find the website URLs have changed, search for the organization and locate the data it offers.Remember to include properly cited APA references and save any sources used for an annotated bibliography that you will be creating as a project deliverable later in the course.

Anyone capable of this vb.net assignment by 3-days from now? It’s vb.net:    There are 2000 tables set up for the College job fair. All tables are upright. 2000 students arrive to the fair, each one with their ID number, looking to cause chaos. The student with ID 1 flips all 2000 tables. The students with ID 2 then rights all tables whose numbers are multiples of 2.  The student with ID number 3 changes the status of all tables whose numbers are multiples of 3 (e.g. table number 3, which is flipped gets righted, table number 6, which is upright, gets flipped.) The student with ID number 4 changes the status of all tables whose numbers are multiples of 4, and so on for all 2000 students. Use arrays, no crashes. When you run the simulation, it should simulate all 2000 students turn flipping tables. You can design your own user interface for this homework any way you’d like. Aside from the user running the simulation, your user interface should be able to run queries to assist in answering the following questions (or any similar question):  1. Is table 1337 flipped or upright?  2. Which tables will be left upright at the end?       1. If you had to list off the first 5-10 table that were left upright, without your program for           help, could you? Is there a rule?  3. Which table was flipped the most times?       1. How did you store the data for this homework? Think about how you store the                  information helps you to answer the question.  4. How many tables, and which ones, were flipped exactly twice?  5. How many of the even numbered tables are upright? How many odd numbered tables? Some of the tables are ̣✧magic̤✦ tables. Each time table 1999 and 3501 are touched, add 1000 tables. The old tables keep their states and the new tables start off upright. Do not reset the current operating student number. Aka when student #9 touches table 702, he should continue with table 711 after the new table are made (then #10 goes after).

resource planning, supply chain management, facility and work design of disney

Project description
A team of no more than four people must analyze and write an analysis report of the application of OM in a specific industry of choice. The report must be submitted online on the date that is specified in the class schedule. The report write-up should be in the form of a management or consultant report. It should be typed, single or double spaced, and should be fewer than 20 pages, including exhibits, flowcharts, tables, etc., but excluding title, abstract, and reference pages. You must decide the exact content, analysis, and presentation format. An “A” report would be of sufficient high quality to use as an outside consultant’s report (to your client) or as a top-level management’s internal document (to your boss). Plan ahead and get an early start! Just like in the real world, no late reports will be accepted. You will also be making a short presentation of your report to the class. The presentation will be 10% of the overall report grades and be graded based on organization etc..
Organize your analysis so you clearly define the issues and problem(s) to solve in the case, make sure you have a section in the report “base lining” the current situation including numbers if available, and then other sections documenting you analysis of practices around different topics of various chapters. Make sure your report addresses the topics in several chapters but emphasizes certain of them. Your team may decide to address other issues not identified in the textbook (Collier, 2015).
A good management report usually includes an executive summary, a logical sequence of topics with ample use of headings and subheadings to “guide the reader” through the analysis, easy to follow exhibits with “example computations”, all assumptions clearly stated, a final/summary set of recommendations with summary numerical support if appropriate, and so on. Make sure you start and end strong. Poor report organization and/or writing can defeat a good analysis, so spend some time on this part of the assignment. The reader (your boss or client someday) should be able to smoothly move through the report without being confused (Collier, 2015).
And i will upload the 3 PPT about the resouce planning, supply chain, facility and work design

Welfare Reform – Democratic view

For this final assignment you will be paired up with a classmate.  I have randomly assigned you to a team member.  In this assignment you will be completing your assignment from the following perspectives:(1) as a policy advisor for the leading US presidential democratic contender; and(2) as a policy advisor for the leading US presidential republican contender. You will get 100 points for each of the two policies, and 50 points for each side of the policy as described below:To earn all 200 points you and your partner must develop a policy proposal for each side of the political divide. Please re-read the assignment description, then read the following:You get 50 points for the conservative policy analysis, 50 points for the liberal policy analysis, 50 points for the creative conservative presentation, 50 points for the creative liberal presentation. You need to reference your team members positions and provide arguments that counter their position and their proposal.  Each of you needs to complete an analysis and presentation — but it needs to be coordinated with your team mate as they are arguing for a DIFFERENT solution to the same issue.  Each student completes their own analysis/presentation — based on the work that the other student is doing. So — you have ONE topic/policy that is defined, analyzed and presented from 2 different ideological perspectives. This makes 4 components each worth 50 points, which I believe adds up to 200 points total.Put another way….100 points of 200 points are for your creative demonstration of ideas and economic thought as applied to a problem and presented from 2 different perspectives;100 points of 200 points is for your in-depth critical thinking and analysis — your WELL-CITED and PROPERLY referenced use of ECONOMIC THEORY as applied to a single problem as analyzed from 2 different perspectives. In other words…Half of your final grade is related to your creativityHalf your final grade is related to your quantitative analysis skillsIn more words….I am grading you on your ability to think creatively and apply critical thinking to real-world problems.  Everything must be well-written and properly referenced and cited, or it is not professional and will not be acceptable for a 300 level college course.  Writing and critical thinking are vital to your long term success, and I want to make sure you get to practice those skills.  You are all smart individuals, show me what you got! PS — for example, let’s say we look at illegal immigration.  One team member argues for one position (say build a wall and deport all illegal aliens) and the other argues for another solution (instant amnesty for all and citizenship for all).  Using the tools of economics (demand, supply, taxation, deadweight loss, changes to GDP and employment, public provisioning of social services, fiscal vs monetary policy….) would argue for why their stated position is rational and preferable to the other side’s position. Each team member takes on the persona of a policy wonk for one side of the political divide and makes strong arguments USING ECONOMICS for the position of the party/candidate.  My solutions above are clearly extreme versions of what the current political debate is — and I certainly take no side in this debate and will not criticize or mark down any assignment for the ideology or philosophy.  Positions must use data, facts, theory, and logic — this is not an opinion piece — even though the issues can be very heartfelt. This is an exercise in applying critical thinking and analysis skills to complex problems.
