Answer all three questions (Question 1, Question 2, and Question 3 below)

Your answers must: be in complete sentences, use proper paragraph structure, use punctuation correctly, not include sentence fragments, and contain no misspellings. If most of your sentences are long (4 or more ‘clauses’ or parts) you will confuse the reader. Consider making two sentences (with 3 or less parts in each) only using long sentences to include a qualification or an example. Use technical terms correctly. Learn what they mean, how to use them and how to spell them. Do not use contractions (isn’t, doesn’t, it’s). While these are common in speech, in formal writing the full form (is not, does not, it is) is expected.

Your assignment must be double spaced, in 12 point font, and use 1 inch margins. As a guideline, your answers to each question should be at least 500 words. You will demonstrate your command of the material by referencing the class readings with in-text citations in your answers. Please use APA citation format and cite the class readings in the body of the text and in a reference page at the conclusion of your write-up. Submit your assignment through turnitin.com using the link in Titanium.

Take some time to refresh your writing skills. You will find it essential to successfully complete the written component of the assignment. Go to the Writing Workshop area and work through the material. Outline each of your answers before you begin to write. Each of your answers should begin with a strong introductory paragraph.

Write-up Question 1 (at least 500 words). You should have already completed and submitted your Comparative Nutrient Value table. Why do researchers think that reconstructing a dietary profile from our evolutionary past (estimates from the Paleolithic) will help us to understand our current health situation? How does your intake compare to the values estimated from the Paleolithic? How are the macro and micronutrients in your diet related to health? Specifically, include the significance of the polyunsaturated to saturated fat ratio and the ratio of sodium to potassium. What are your values? How does your intake compare with the latest recommendations from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)?

Write-up Question 2 (at least 500 words). Describe the differences and similarities between your diet and food acquisition pattern and those of the !Kung (Ju/hoansi) as presented by Richard Lee. For example, what proportion of your diet is meat? How would you measure and describe your diet breadth. Is there a seasonal pattern to your diet? How many people do you share resources with? What shapes the pattern of resource sharing in our society? Please incorporate material from all the readings and lectures thus far.
Note: Before you tell me that you have it easy because you go to the store, remember you need to earn money (or someone does) to pay for all the food you acquire through shopping. If you add the time you spend working to your time devoted to food acquisition, then how does that affect your total time to food acquisition. What about time devoted to work to buy gas to provide transportation to the grocery store? Please think through all the elements of your pattern of food acquisition.

Write-up Question 3 (at least 500 words). You should already have completed and submitted the MET to kcal conversion table. Describe the differences and similarities between your time allocation and energetic expenditure and the pattern described by Darla Dufour for Tukanoan women who are swidden horticulturalists. For example, you should consider that across different subsistence regimes (i.e. ways that people acquire food) and economies people have different time allocation profiles (i.e. spend their time in different ways) and their mode of acquisition requires different amounts of energy.

Self Evaluation. Please evaluate your answers using the provided rubric. It is in your best interest to be fair and well informed regarding expectations when evaluating your writing. Take this opportunity to reflect on your work and to do the best job possible.

Your final write-up must include:
Outline for question 1
Write-up question 1 (at least 500 words)
Outline for question 2
Write-up for question 2 (at least 500 words)
Outline for question 3
Write-up for question 3 (at least 500 words)
Your self evaluation of your answers using the grading rubric provided

BUDGET PROJECT

Project description
I’m taking business math and i have budget project to track of daily spending for three months, and the instructor wants goals for this tracking. i will attach the files of the assignments soon. please don’t forget to attach the article of the second file when you done it.

The whole instructions of this assignment below:

Analyze your spending and savings habits, and set two (2) spending or savings goals.

Use the Spending and/or Savings Goals – Worksheet 2 to document your goals.

Setting goals involves establishing specific, measurable, and time-targeted objectives. You will not lose points if you are not successful in attaining your goals; however, you must be able to explain what kept you from meeting your goal(s). Be specific in writing your goals!!

Use the following examples of goals to help you write your goals :

Rather than saying you want to start savingspecify how much you will save, where it will be saved, and what it will be used for.

I will open an Emergency Savings Account at Mainstreet Bank and save $100 each month. My goal is to have $300 in this account by May 2015.

If you are saving for a new car, determine how much you need to save monthly in order to have sufficient down payment or to purchase it out right by a specific date.

I need to save $1500 for a new car that I plan to purchase in September of 2015. I will save $200 per month and place in a savings account at Mainstreet Bank. I plan to have $600 saved by May.

If you want to reduce a certain type of expenditure, specify an exact amount or percentage.

I will reduce the amount spent on dining out by $50 per month; I will reduce this expense from $125 to $75 per month.

Be specific in stating your goals so that any changes can be measured to determine if you are making progress towards reaching your goals.

Submit two (2) spending/savings goals using Worksheet 2 via the designated DROP BOX.
Track activities related to your spending or savings goals.
At the end of the semester, submit a final report of the progress you made in achieving your goals. Submit Worksheet 2 via the designated DROP BOX.
If you fail to meet your goals by the end of the project, explain what happened. Your grade will not be reduced if you do not meet your goals; however, you need to be accurate in documenting your results. Example: Perhaps your goal was to establish an emergency fund of $450 by saving $150/month. In the middle of the project you have a flat tire and need to spend some of your emergency money. You may not have reached the goal amount of $450 by the end of the semester; however, you can report that you at least had an emergency fund to cover your emergency!

i will be uploading the 1st question and the work i done, which leads to the 2nd question which you been asked to do and you can see and understand the 1st question from the document i will be uploading with this.

Your strategic recommendation to the executive board at Ryanair is for it to expand through an internationalisation programme (based upon its successful no-frills positioning strategy/business model) by setting up a new strategic business unit (SBU) in Australia. You are required to:

2a. Further evaluate this new strategy by briefly applying the SAFe Criteria (Suitability, Acceptability and Feasibility criteria from Johnson et al 2014). Based on your overall evaluation would you recommend that the board proceed with this internationalisation strategy?
2b. Briefly discuss the main strategic risks with this move and outline to Ryanair how they could manage them.
For this exercise, you can assume that the sources of funds are available and that the investment will give a positive ROI after 4 years.

please mention as many models as you can when you talk about SAFe such as swot analysis, five forces model ,value chain and 6 Ms ect

please be critical and analytical writing
you can use as many references and sources you like

this book would be helpful : Johnson, G (2014) Exploring strategy: text and cases. 10th edition Harlow: Pearson Education

helping note to answer question 2

Q2. Further evaluate this new strategy by briefly applying the SAFe Criteria (Suitability, Acceptability and Feasibility criteria from Johnson et al 2014). Based on your overall evaluation would you recommend that the board proceed with this internationalisation strategy? Briefly discuss the main strategic risks with this move and outline to Ryanair how they could manage them. (30 marks)

(For this exercise, you can assume that the sources of funds are available and that the investment will give a positive ROI after 4 years.)

Answer the following questions:

Do proposed strategies address the key issues relating to the opportunities and constraints a firm faces? (suitability)

Do the expected performance outcomes of a proposed strategy meets the expectations of shareholders? (acceptability)

Could the proposed strategy work in practice? Does the firm has resources? (feasibility)

You may consider suitability with relation to strategic position, directions for growth and methods of growth.
Ask What is the strategic alternative to an existing strategy? Bear in mind that one of the key strategic goals for companies is to exploit the opportunities and avoid threats, capitalise on strengths to avoid/or remedy weaknesses.

There are two aspects to acceptability: the financial aspect and the stakeholder aspect. You are not expected to provide the financial justification of strategy (e.g. to calculate return to risk). However, you should consider how a proposed strategy meets expectations of stakeholders (thus you need assess interaction between the strategic choice/strategy and the stakeholders reactions to the strategy).

Does the firm have resources? Or strategic capabilities to implement strategy?
You can use 6M Model (money, machinery, manpower, markets, materials and make-up).

The Sociology of Mass Media and Social Media

As part of the academic rigor in this course, you will be expected to write a page paper (page count not including cover page, references, etc) The purpose of the paper is for you to be able to explore a topic of interest to you from a sociological perspective. To do so, you must accomplish the following:* Clearly state your thesis/research question and how it is significant to the study of society* Select a minimum of 12 peer reviewed articles and 3 other sources which will permit you to explore and evaluate sociological research and perspectives on your thesis/question –       – discussion of each article should include noting how the article addresses/answers your research question; the article’s main research question/thesis; primary theoretical perspective used; sample size and composition; methodology  and analysis used; brief summary of findings       – the best discussion will be formatted by themes comparing and contrasting articles (i.e. phrasing of question, methodology used, measurement of variables, size and composition of sample, findings, etc.)* Be sure key concepts in your paper are defined (conceptual and operational definitions) and cited using sources such as past sociology texts and peer-reviewed articles* Employ appropriate use of APA format in-text citations and references1. The paper begins with a clear thesis statement that is well articulated in the first or second paragraph2. The paper draws appropriately 12 peer-reviewed articles and 3 other sources to support the thesis statement presented. This means that if you could have used findings from a paper listed to make your point more clearly and you do not do so, you will be penalized.3. The paper is well structured and synthesizes the material appropriately. Rather than summarize each of the readings referenced, the paper identifies common themes or divergent findings that must be taken into account in making a logical argument in support of the thesis statement.4. The concluding paragraph summarizes the focus of the paper and identifies the implications for the study of society.5. Well written, proper grammar, proper referencing, spelling, and punctuationWriting: Your written assignments will be graded not only for content but for logic, clarity, and mechanics. Remember to proofread your work carefully. When assignments are returned, take note of any corrections or recommendations, and incorporate these into later writings.1. Papers should have clear introductory and concluding paragraphs.2. Avoid moral evaluations.3. Avoid claims that you cannot back up. Only state something as a fact if you have supporting evidence, or you can cite someone reputable who does, or it is something trulyself-evident (e.g., a misstep while crossing the street can result in injury).4. Use the thesaurus sparingly. So-called synonyms are rarely truly synonymous, and youshould never use a thesaurus in an attempt to create the impression that your vocabularyis larger than it actually is.5. Use in-text citations of the format (Gibson, 2004) or (Gibson, 2004, p. 12) and then provide full bibliographic information at the end of the paper.6. Quote written sources sparingly, but strategically.7. Avoid vacuous statements. An example: “Theorists such as Blau illuminate the social world by theorizing phenomena contained therein.”  Papers should be typed, include a title page, page numbers, and a reference page. You should double-space your papers, use 1” margins, and 11pt. Arial or Times New Roman font. You should carefully check your papers for spelling and grammar. You should use sub-headings throughout the paper.  You will use in-text citations in the American Psychology Association (APA) style. You may find more information at

REFERENCE THIS ORDER #1454299 use this articles in the assignment to create ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY

Project description
For this assignment, you will create a properly formatted APA reference list and will add it to the References section of your Research Plan. Using Chapter 7 of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association as your resource, complete this assignment:

Use the reference list you created in the previous assignment, Advanced Searching Techniques.
After the reference for each article in that reference list, type in the example and page numbers (from Chapter 7 of the APA 6th edition Manual) of the reference example that best matches the article. For example, if the reference is to a journal article with a DOI, the example number and page number would be “Example 1, p. 198.” If your formatting of the reference is not APA-compliant (according to that example), correct it here and then add the corrected item to the References section of your Research Plan.

Here is an example of what your entry should look like for this assignment: Jones, J. (2011). Possibilities of error in APA reference formatting. Journal of Library Science, 43, 111-117. DOI: 1234567890. Example 1, p. 198.

To complete the assignment, submit the list with the APA Manual examples and page numbers to the assignment area. Then, submit a copy of the Research Plan, with the properly formatted articles added to the References section, to the assignment area as well.

You will not receive feedback (although the faculty instructor will check that you have submitted the assignment), but you must submit the assignment to move on.
